Down a total of 1 Pound for entire week.
Between the 3 Day Diet and the 4 Day Diet I thought for sure these diets would show me a larger drop in weight than any diet I had been on so far. It goes to show that no matter what diet you do it is the chemistry of your own body that sets up how you will lose weight.
Both Diets were fairly easy. The meal plans laid out. The 3 Day Diet was more fun because there were foods that were more flavorful and more towards "fun foods" (peanut butter, ice cream, hot dogs, etc...). But those "fun foods" had more sodium in them. Coming off two lower sodium diets the 3 Day Diet threw a few "water" pounds on me.
The 4 Day Diet on the other hand, more restrictive. The plan well laid out and more fibrous...SERIOUSLY did not need the EXTRA fiber to help clean out the pipes (ha,ha,ha).
Would I do the 3 Day Diet again? NO!!!! You would think this might be a quick fix to drop a few pounds before a special occasion....for me I was bloated!!!
Would I do the 4 Day Diet again? Probably. The 4 Day Diet has many good points to it, plus I would be interested to see it through all the different 4 Day Stages to see if any weight plateaus occurred during the different stages and to see how well the weight loss total could be.
