NOTHING. Absolutely nothing.
That is what Diet DOTS have done for me. Three full days (package was only enough for 2 full days and 2 meals -I had purchased 2 packs for 3 complete days). The 3 chewable ACAI tablets with water prior to meals provided no additional appetite suppressant miracle or extra energy (I have plenty of my own energy, I thought I would have a little more). I am just doing my summary on these supplements with this last day of blogging about this diet, not really worth it to go into any great depth about them as there is no great depth to report about them.
Had my (3) Diet Dots - 1/2 hour to 45 minutes before each meal with 1 bottle water...
Breakfast: Latte, 2 HB eggs, 1 english muffin with 2 teaspoons butter, 1 teaspoon reduced sugar grape jelly
Lunch: 1/2 ham & swiss cheese sandwich, 1/2 cup coleslaw, 2 cups watermelon, BIG ice tea
Snack: 2 jalapeno poppers, 1 cup plain frozen yogurt
Dinner: 1 - 5x5 slice of lasagna, BIG ice tea
That's it for the day and for Diet DOTS. In my opinion, not worth it...even if purchased at the dollar store. Would not use again and I would not suggest to anyone to use. The water filled me up prior to my meals, not the supplements
Are you prepped for the week, make your lunch for tomorrow? Better to be prepared so that going off your own weight loss plan does not interfere with all your hard work so far.
