This is the last day of this diet and I have to say - I still have my little wrinkles (I really didn't think they would go away), but my face is actually really smooth. Not that I have zits, although the occasional one makes a visit at the most inopportune time in the most obvious of places (on tip of nose, corner of lip, smack dab in middle of cheek.....) - but seriously my face is like a baby's butt SMOOOOOTH!!
Got 20 minutes of floor exercises in (need to mix it up once in awhile!!) I will be increasing my exercise with some added support of hubby. We already moved tread-climber to living room and we have a Total Gym we will be moving in there next - - in attempt to combine TV viewing with exercising and hopefully increasing the time we spend on the actual exercise equipment; plus the added bonus is I won't be able to use the exercise equipment as a clothes hanger or "catch all" as it's RIGHT THERE when you walk in the living room, no longer just hanging out in my bedroom making it easy to just throw stuff on.
Meals for today - - Pretty much same as yesterday:
Morning Wake-up.....1 bottle water
Breakfast
Scrambled eggs (3 egg whites ,1 whole egg),1/2 cup oatmeal 4 oz cubed cantaloupe, 1 bottle water
Lunch
1 can water packed tuna, 2 cups mixed lettuce, 1 tablespoon mustard, 4 oz cubed cantaloupe, 1 bottle water
Snack
2 ounces low-sodium Boars Head sliced chicken breast ,4 raw hazelnuts, 1 granny smith apple, 1 bottle water
Dinner
6 ounces grilled fresh Tuna, 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1 tablespoon olive oil & lemon juice, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 1 bottle water
Snack
