ARRRRRRRRRGH!!!!
I gained another pound. I am so happy this is the last day of this diet! In addition to the weight gain, I have two contributing factors (clogged up and that time of month). You all know I was destined to get my period - - I am going on vacation - - why wouldn’t it come??!!
I know my male readers out there (THANK YOU!!) aren’t interested so much in my monthly set-back, but I include it for my female readers (THANK YOU, too!!) as they also hit that brick road monthly too!
Just about packed for vacation, once I finish this update – running to in-laws to drop Booby off for her vacation with the nephews (I am not too sure of how she feels about that, I am guessing she will let mw know when we get back) and then back home to finish packing and cleaning!
As with the last vacations – I will have some sort of post for the days I am away (so check back daily!!).
Today’s Meals:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup Orange Juice, 2 frozen low-fat Eggo waffles
Lunch: Tuna salad (3 cups salad greens, 1 ounce feta cheese, 1/4 cup red kidney beans & italian dressing)....this was actually pretty good & filling!! 1 small banana
Snack: 4 lowfat Triscuits, 1 oz fat cheddar cheese
Dinner:5 Mrs. T’s Pierogies Potato and Cheddar Pasta Pockets , 2 tablespoons of fat-free sour cream (I love pierogies!!), 1/2 cup applesauce
Snack: 2-1/2 cups watermelon cubes
I hope your week goes well and that you are able to add those couple of extra minutes to your work-out. Whether you are dieting in your own way and/or just reading my experiences – I hope I am keeping you amused and informed. Being healthy is important and it does not happen overnight. There will be set backs but you can’t beat yourself up about it. Do what makes you happy for you – you are not in a race to lose the weight the fastest, you are the only one in the race and the most important part of winning the race is being happy and healthy!!
